Algorithms for sterile zone, doorway surveillance, abandoned baggage and parked vehicle are now being rolled out throughout the UK. The unique Multi-Camera Tracking technology has been voted within the University journals as ground breaking and collaborations are agreed with Carnegie Melon Kingston University. The aerial tracker “Airwatch “ was assessed by the UK’s Ministry of Defence as the best imaging platform for any mobile platform including drones, helicopters, planes and balloons. The Surveillance Matrix/Sussex university correlation algorithm was compared to Boeing, General Dynamics and BAE Systems software and was voted to be superior. In 2010 a new Multitouch (PSIM) platform was created for Surveillance Matrix by the University.
