Real-Time Monitoring and Control All this data is shown on Surveillance Matrix TuchControl multitouch consoles and video wall which can be worked by a number of operators concurrently. 3D Maps of both the location and the site, data, surveillance camera feeds and more are continuously displayed, including a system-wide map which depicts every reservoir, distribution pipe, valve, pump station, pressure monitoring station, water meter and even service vehicles.
Collaboration Live status data, plus GPS transmissions from the vehicles is updated and displayed, ensuring the ability to respond to system defects, disruptions, damage and potentially threatening incidents quickly and efficiently. The entire system can be monitored, controlled, and coordinated by one person. Any image can be resized, zoomed, and panned for greater detail and focus.
Incident and Alarm Management and Workflow All the contemporaneous alarm/alert information coming into the system is recorded alongside video, ensuring the whole event-history of the site is faithfully logged in real time
The operator can fully “revisit” historical events, seeing not only the video at the time but the alerts as they came in or were detected by analytics.
